Step-by-step guides for every major recording tool. Get your transcripts out, then bring them into Moat.
Most call-recording tools keep your transcripts locked inside their own platform. You can search within one call, but nothing reads across fifty of them, and the promise made on a call in March is forgotten by April.
Moat reads Google Meet on its own. For every other tool, get the transcripts out and bring them in: in the app, Studio → Bring in takes a file, a recording, a document or a whole folder, and Moat reads each call word for word. The guides below show how to get your data out, tool by tool.
