Export guides

How to export your call transcripts

Step-by-step guides for every major recording tool. Export your data, then let Moat read it.

Why exporting your transcripts matters

Most call-recording tools keep your transcripts locked inside their own platform. You can search within a single call, but you can't easily compare patterns across 50 or 500 conversations. That's a problem if you want to spot trends, track how messaging lands, or understand what customers actually say when they object.

Exporting is the first step toward cross-conversation analysis -- the kind of insight that turns raw call recordings into a strategic asset. The guides below show you exactly how to get your data out, tool by tool.
