The easiest way: Request Data Export

Log into Fireflies.ai. Go to Settings → Privacy and click "Request Data Export." Fireflies compiles all your transcripts into a downloadable archive and emails you when it's ready. This is the official bulk export — no tools or extensions needed. Large accounts may take a few hours to process.

If that doesn't work: TranscriptExporter extension

Install the TranscriptExporter Chrome extension ($29 one-time purchase). Navigate to your Fireflies dashboard, click "Export All," and it downloads everything as a ZIP file. Works on any Fireflies plan, including free. Useful if the built-in data export is slow or missing transcripts.

Power user: Fireflies GraphQL API

Fireflies exposes a GraphQL API at api.fireflies.ai/graphql. Generate an API key in Settings, then query the transcripts endpoint to pull all transcripts programmatically. Best for large archives or automated workflows. Requires Business or Enterprise plan.

Then bring them into Moat

Once the archive is downloaded, open Moat: Studio → Bring in, and choose the files or the whole folder. Moat reads each call word for word, and your record fills in. On Android, share the files to Moat from your Files app.

Gotcha

The GraphQL API requires a Business or Enterprise plan. The data export and TranscriptExporter extension work on all plans, including free.

The data export from Settings → Privacy is the fastest path for most people. It grabs everything in your account with one click — no filtering, no pagination, no missed transcripts.

How long does the data export take?

Small accounts (under 100 transcripts) usually process within an hour. Large accounts with thousands of meetings can take several hours. Fireflies sends you an email when the archive is ready to download.

What format does the export come in?

The built-in data export delivers transcripts as text files in a downloadable archive. The TranscriptExporter extension lets you choose between formats. The GraphQL API returns JSON that you can convert to any format you need.

Can I bulk export from the free plan?

Yes. The Settings → Privacy data export and the TranscriptExporter Chrome extension both work on the free plan. Only the GraphQL API requires Business or Enterprise.
